Hosting an LA Beer Week event?

If you’re a venue (restaurant, bar, etc.) that would like to host an LA Beer Week event, you can now submit your event and pay for the listing online!

To have your event listed on our website, venues pay $25 for the basic listing, or $35 to have your listing published on our website PLUS a printed listing in Beer Paper LA’s Official Guide to LA Beer Week.

Your fee = we promote you and your event. Your event will be posted on the LA Beer Week website, Facebook, and Twitter. There are almost 4 million people in this city. Help show them how to enjoy craft beer this September.

The 6th Annual LA Beer Week is only a few weeks away!

LA Beer Week spans 11 days of craft beer glory from September 20- 28, 2014. During this week, we want to help you support and spread your love of craft beer at your establishment.

The time is now to register your LA Beer Week event. We have the info you need and answers to your FAQs right here.

How do I submit my event?

Fill out the form on the LA Beer Week Event Sign Up page and submit your payment for the $25 Event Listing Sponsor fee. The fee is charged once per company, per location and after paying you may post multiple events on our website. PLEASE NOTE! You must first pay the registration fee, then fill out the details via our forms in order to have your event listed. REGISTRATION TAKES THESE TWO STEPS! What do I get for participating in LA Beer Week?

  • You event is promoted as an official event on the LA Beer Week website, Facebook, and Twitter
  • Your event has the opportunity to be included in the LA Beer Week press release and local media
  • You get to share the love and appreciation of craft beer with LA’s craft beer community. Win/win!

What does this fee cover?

*To comply with CA State Alcoholic Beverage Control regulations, there is a $25 (or $35) posting fee per establishment hosting an event(s). This is a one time fee and covers as many events as you wish to host at your establishment. If you have more than one location, we must charge this fee per location hosting an event(s). This fee addresses the advertising value that placement on the LA Beer Week website constitutes for events and retail venues in regards to ABC regulations. Don’t forget to promote your events, too!
