If you have been granted access to upload multiple events, we’ve made bulk submissions pretty easy – but, if you’ve never used a csv editor like Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheets, you’ll want to read this first.

It’s not very complicated, it’s just different than you might be familiar with and will take doing once or twice before feeling confident about it.

Trust us though, it’ll save you TONS of time.


Step 1.

You’ll want the basic boilerplate files for each segment of an Event (Venue, Organizer & Event) so, we suggest downloading the already formatted .CSV templates

Already have the files, just want to know what’s required… jump to the bottom.

Step 2.

Let’s look at the first of the files, ‘Venues’ and explain why it’s separated. If you have multiple locations for your events, you’ll list them one per line. Many of you though, hold multiple events but the location never changes. This is the beauty of separated files. Imagine if we had fields for location details on the events file, you’d be re-entering the same info over and over again – wasting a ton of time copy and pasting stuff unnecessarily. You’ll see us repeat this idea on the organizer file.

Rinse, Repeat for Organizers.

Step 4.

Now for Event Specific info, this file will likely get the most attention. It’s where you’re able to describe the differences between the events you’re hosting, whatever makes them unique.

Once all your event templates are modified and saved with your information, Upload and Submit. Congratulations, you’re Done!

Organizers

Events

  • All Required except for website and event image 
  • Website format: http://www.domain.com
  • Event Image format should be direct url to file: http://www.domain.com/images/file.jpg
    • Acceptable file formats: png, jpg, pdf, gif in order of preference
  • Date format:  MM/DD/YYYY
  • Time format: 24hr  (examples: 2pm = 14:00, 10am = 10:00, 10pm = 22:00)
